Midnight Mysteries: The Edgar Allan Poe Conspiracy is a fantastic hidden object game in which you will solve the mystery of the death of this famous writer. Throughout the game you will visit different scenes that actually have to do with many of the writer's tales, collecting clues and pieces of evidence that can help you find his murderer. The scenes are very well-made and the objects are perfectly camouflaged with the environment. Some of the objects are placed to your inventory for future use, generally to uncover other objects that are listed in blue and also to solve puzzles. If you have trouble finding an object you can use the hints, which are limited and are replenished by finding ravens. You can also use the power of the lantern to reveal how the objects look like by clicking on the names on the list. Be careful because if you make multiple incorrect clicks, the shape power of the lantern gets lost for a while and a black cat appears.
Regarding the graphics, they are very detailed and attractive. Also, sound effects and music contribute to creating the necessary atmosphere for this suspense game.
All in all, Midnight Mysteries: The Edgar Allan Poe Conspiracy is a wonderful hidden-object game with great graphics and an intriguing story that will surely impress fans of this writer and this genre. |
